Welcome to Ambivert Club LLC, a distinctive social club offering members the opportunity to gather, dine, and socialize in a convivial setting. By signing up for our service and participating in our events, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them thoroughly.
1. Membership
1.1. Membership to Ambivert Club LLC is granted upon acceptance of these Terms of Service and successful completion of the registration process. Ambivert Club LLC retains the exclusive right to accept or decline any membership application for any reason.
1.2. Members are expected to behave in a respectful manner towards fellow members, staff, and third-party vendors. Ambivert Club LLC reserves the right to deny access to any member from future events for reasons including, but not limited to, breaches of our behavior policies or failure to pay membership fees.
2. Events and Vendors
2.1. Ambivert Club LLC is not a restaurant. We collaborate with a variety of food vendors to offer unique dining experiences at our events. Ambivert Club LLC is not responsible for the food quality or service provided by these external vendors.
2.2. Detailed information regarding events, such as date, time, and location, along with vendor details, will be provided to members in advance. Members are responsible for their own transportation to and from these events.
3. Use of Photographs
3.1. During events, Ambivert Club LLC or its appointed representatives may take photos or videos. By agreeing to these terms, you authorize Ambivert Club LLC to use such media for marketing, promotional, or other non-commercial purposes without compensation.
4. Liability
4.1. Ambivert Club LLC will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or illnesses that occur to any member at event locations. Participation in events is at members' own risk.
4.2. Members are responsible for securing their personal belongings. Ambivert Club LLC disclaims all liability for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
5. Property Damage
5.1. Members are liable for any damage they cause to the property, furniture, or other assets during events. Members agree to reimburse Ambivert Club LLC or the property owner for repairs or replacements.
6. Refund Policy
6.1. Refunds are granted at the discretion of Ambivert Club LLC and will generally be pro-rated based on the number of days of the month the member has participated in events. Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
7. Health and Safety (COVID-19)
7.1. Members are responsible for their own health and safety, including protective measures against COVID-19. While Ambivert Club LLC encourages adherence to public health guidelines, members attend events at their own risk regarding exposure to COVID-19 or other health risks.
8. Changes to Terms of Service
Ambivert Club LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes via our website or email. Continued participation after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
